How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a Size Guide link next to the size selector, with measurements specific to that garment category (tops, denim, outerwear, etc). If a size shows greyed out, it means that color/size combination is currently out of stock.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the countries listed at checkout. Enter your address on the checkout page and shipping options will reflect what's available to you.
What's your return policy?
Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact customer care as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped we're unable to modify it, but returns remain available.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and visit Account > Order History to view the current status of any order. Guest orders can be looked up using the confirmation link sent to your email.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Rarely. We produce in limited runs and generally don't restock a style once it sells through, though core basics are restocked periodically.
