Shipping
Standard shipping arrives in 3–6 business days and is free on orders over $150 (a flat rate applies below that threshold, calculated at checkout). Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are typically packed and shipped the same day.
Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with the original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Final-sale items (marked as such on the product page) are not eligible for return. To start a return, sign in to your account and select the order from your order history, or contact customer care with your order number.
Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you’d prefer — this is usually faster than a traditional exchange since it doesn’t wait on the returned item to arrive back at our warehouse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact customer care within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
